Not Terrible Not Great
Pros
Convenient location, a cleaner comes in twice a week for trash and to clean common areas, not too much noise from neighbors
Cons
Noise from ramp in front of building, slow response to address issues, mold in basement and mildew smell throughout building, dark hall and stairway
Advice to the owners
Put more attention into maintaining the building and responding to issues when they arise

Nice building with great sky line view

Back yard, roof top, clean. Good mgmt.

Walls are thin. Noise, 10 minute walk to subway
