2 burst pipes in one year

Pros

This is an excellent location! Right off of the ABCD at 127th. This was definitely a selling point.

Cons

There have been 2 pipes that have burst in our one year living here. One was in our unit and flooded our living room. The other was in another unit and the super knocked on our door at 8 am so close an open pipe in the back bedroom. The call box system is incredibly frustrating. It calls your cellphone directly. There is no way to let someone into the building from inside the unit. The unit is incredibly small. The kitchen is about 3/4 of the size of a normal kitchen.
