Mice and terrible heat!!
Pros
Great super, great neighbors, spacious unit, fairly responsive
Cons
Many mice. Over half of our first year was trying to solve our pest problem. We resigned but know you will see mice here.
Advice to the owners
Invest money into this building to restore it (not gut it)
It's okay for the most part?
Pros
Trash management was great, none of my packages were ever stolen in the package locker, and the stairs were generally pretty clean.
Cons
- Little to no hot water ever. - Holes in the apartment. Never had pests (we think). - Lived on the top floor, so during a flood the plaster on my ceiling started coming off and it started leaking. took them a couple days to even come by to fix it. - Had a bunch of mosquitoes in my room for about a month straight due to them getting in somehow - getting someone to come and look at the issue a couple times was easy but it didn't really fix the problem as far as I'm concerned. They only really subdued because the weather got colder.
