Cozy, well managed building
Pros
Great management - speedy and helpful Affordable laundry Some rent controlled units Great water pressure Package room is great - I've never had issues with packages being taken
Cons
Laundry machines need to be cleaned more regularly / better service in there, machines are difficult to connect to for payment Bar downstairs can be noisy on weekends Heating bill is insanely high (insulation may be terrible bc I feel drafts in the apt from the outside during the winter)
