Worst Office/Landlord ever

Pros

Nothing good except the size of apartment but no sunlight

Cons

Building is not maintained. Garbage pills up. Heat not working. Huge issues with con Ed who keeps coming because landlord owes thousands

Advice to the owners

Be more on top of things especially when a tenant complains about not having heat don’t tell them it’s not that cold
