Overall great apartment
Pros
Great location, good neighbors, large apartments
Cons
Could sometimes hear upstairs neighbors and fire trucks (station on next street over); this didn’t bug me all that much but if you need absolute quiet this probably isn’t the apartment for you

disgusting building

the garbage builds up to the point that there are bugs and mice all over the building and the entire building smells like decaying trash. the building management never answers the phone or takes anything seriously. I have had no heat for months and they don't answer the phone

take tenants seriously
