Nice building, all condos

Pros

Live in Super is great and responsive. Video intercom and keyfob to get in works well. Residents are friendly. Bodega right downstairs. Super cleans often, repairs are pretty quick.

Cons

There are roaches, although the building does pay for monthly exterminator visits on a sign up basis. It still doesn't help during the summer when there's surges. It's a 100 year old building, so there are often repairs to the water system which require water shut offs. I'd say once every 2 months for 8 hours at a time. Management provides notice.

Roaches and rats

Pros

The heat is off the charts.

Cons

Only one boiler for the entire building. Nothing has been done about the roaches or rats in the unit.
