Clean, reasonable and always willing to make repairs. They kept the property clean.
The neighbors on the perpendicular street (E. 28th St.) often have very loud parties with terribly loud music in to the wee hours to of the morning. The room in the back hears all of the noise. I’ve notified 311 on many occasions.
