Overall Solid Place

Cons

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Decent place to live

Pros

Good location, was reasonably priced for this neighborhood. Unit gets a lot of sun

Cons

Sometimes draws a crowd in front of building since it is on an open plaza. Noise from restaurant across the street can occasionally be an issue. There is a 5th floor long term tyrant who will confront BIPOC residents and accuse them of stealing (their own) packages.
