Pretty good but pricey

In unit washer and dryer, quiet neighbors , responsive maintenance

Cons

Constant construction noise, very pricey, not near mass transit, package management is a mess, nickel and dimed for heat hot water gym , windows leak like crazy, community laundry under repair for months as has elevator

- Modern finishes in the kitchen and bathroom - Amazing rooftop - Fitness center that's well equipped - Sun drenched apartment with view of the East River - Proximity to transit - Tranquil neighborhood - The doormen are amazing - Maintenance is lightning fast with fixing any issues in the apartment

Cons

- We're in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it's a bit on the pricy side - The unit we're in is a bit small - We're up for a lease renewal and they increased the rent by 8.8%
