Decent, but a few roaches around
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building location and the street were good. Only gross thing was a can sorting facility up the block.

Our closets were really large, and the management seemed okay though we didn't interact with them much. They did send pest control regularly which was good.
Cons:
Even though we had a regular exterminator, there were still small roaches around a lot. I believe this was because the apartment below us was unfinished and unoccupied and created a haven for roaches and pests since they weren't doing pest control there.
Advice to owner:
Get some better roach control

No Roach Relief
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, quiet, nice neighborhood
Cons:
Roach infested. Management not very responsive.
Advice to owner:
Tell people upfront that roaches may be in the apartment.
