Worst owner Maria zadrima was arrested for illegal eviction

Filthy hot building vent fans turned off all upper floors to save money trash never cleaned everyday no super lives here floors not washed weekly mold and rodents in many apts have to call 311 to get repair’s done owner allows 5 people jammed into small studio apts

Management is so responsive. They are always making improvements and making the building safer.

There is a crazy tenant that is obsessed with harrasing the owners and tries to get other tenants on board.
