Subletter nightmare astoria
Pros
This building is beautiful, great location and very spacious.
Cons
The walls are thin, my upstairs neighbors are simply walking and they sound like they’re right outside my room.
Advice to the owners
The owner isn’t the issue but the women who sublets the apartment. She’s rude, I have reason to believe she’s racist and likes to make up slanderous rumors. Lies to get pity from strangers but once they see who she is they can’t seem to be in the same space with her. Difficult individual. The actual landlord is great. And she tried to keep him a secret too.
