Good deal for the money but amenities are always dirty

Pros:
Cheap, convenient location
Cons:
Amenities are dirty (gym, common area, laundry) Apartments are old Windows are impossible to open and let the air and noise in
Advice to owner:
Renovate apartments instead of just focusing on the outside and lobby. Replace windows (waste of energy!)
