Nice apts - Unresponsive owners
Pros
Nice appliances and finishes - cool people
Cons
Rats in the back yard - management threw out everything before we moved in in the back yard for no reason - tree's, plants, furniture - was supposed to stay with apt. Struggled to get security back due to unresponsiveness.
Advice to the owners
Ideally just respond faster to issues, and be kinder to tenants.

Bad landlords/management
Pros
Big windows, generally nice apartment. Elevator and roof access is great.
Cons
- horrible, unresponsive management and landlords - central air is inconsistent - right off the BQE, so location isn’t the greatest - apartment finishings are cheap and break easily
Advice to the owners
Don’t wait three months to fix apartment issues.
