Really kind and fair people.
Cons
Smells like cabbage in the hallway due to Vanessa’s dumplings.
Advice to the owners
Get Vanessa’s to keep the door closed in the basement so the smell stays out of residential hallway.

Decent Apartment Great Location
Pros
The maintenance team was responsive. The location is great.
Cons
The apartment is small. The noise in the neighborhood can be loud. Some tenants smoke in building. Tons of stray cats living behind building. Came across a few roaches.
Advice to the owners
Do something about the cats and residents who smoke.
