Former tenant·3 months ago

Not the worst, far from the best

Pros

Not a lot of noise from the neighbors (it’s a loud street tho) pretty cheap and spacious apts, it does have an elevator…but it hasn’t worked in a year, neighbors are very nice people

Cons

Elevator hasn’t worked in a year (and this building has elderly and disabled people), the stairs keep getting holes in them which is pretty dangerous, can hardly get hot water most of the time, heat is spotty, they don’t take care of the bugs, when we had a literal hole in our ceiling from a water leak they didn’t fix it for about 2 months and other people suffered the same

Advice to the owners

Please just care about us a little more and stop raising the rent
