DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The people who rent out the apartments are chill & really cool, but that is it.
Cons:
Everything…. The owner gaslights you and yells at every tenant for the littlest of things. She constantly leaves very aggressive notes around the building and threatening letters on tenants doors about having to vacate the premises. She will threaten you and steal your money. Do not rent any apartment here unless you want to deal with aggressive property owners. The owner will ignore you when problems need to be fixed and even if she does get a hold of you (because she will never pick up the phone even during her business hours), it will be you paying for fixing things if “you want them done so badly”. It feels like the whole building is infested with bugs and the basement is a dangerous dungeon where your laundry goes to die. There was a massive flood to the building and she kept the w/d unit which should have been replaced and every load of laundry smells like nyc trash water. It doesn’t surprise me that this woman will look through your garbage, and she refuses to buy garbage cans for the exterior so most of the time the building also smells like trash. If you put your trash out improperly she will throw rotting trash back inside the building entrance to “teach the tenants a lesson”. This woman is strange and extremely unforgiving to be around. You’re gonna be running out of the building by the end of your lease and she WILL make up reasons that are illegal the steal your money. I went through Nooklyn to find this place and after speaking with them prior renting the unit, I was told they were “never ever going to host her again” and that she “never even returned their many calls”. Not to mention there is someone in the neighborhood across the street blasting music most nights until 6 am… loud enough for the whole block to hear. This place is a mess.
Advice to owner:
Pick up a mop and broom and clean your hallways more than 3 times a year. Care about the building you manage. It’s seems like a safety hazard to have things taped together in the building. It feels like you care so little about the place you “manage”. Also stop screaming at your tenants and calling us all a stupid young generation that doesn’t know anything. This woman is a mess.

Rudest Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s very spacious.
Cons:
She forces you out without warnings and doesn’t fix anything. Literally so rude about everything. Calls you names and screaming at you when things don’t go her way. Will turn the water off with a couple minutes notice not caring if you have work or meetings or anything. She would bang on doors in the building very loud if she wanted to get in, scaring you out of sleep sometimes.
