unfortunate boiler issues

Quiet with zero pest issues.
Cons
SEVERAL times I have been without hot water because of issues with the boiler. It would sometimes take management 2 days to fix it, and they did not warn residents that there would be no hot water in advance. I talked to the landlord directly about this and he apologized, but that didn’t stop it from happening again.
Advice to the owners
Fix the boiler and don’t raise rents on loyal tenants.
