Nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well kept, extremely responsive property manager who cares about the building. Repairs were always timely. Building was renovated within the last 10 years and appliances are all in good working order. Rent prices are relatively fair and it’s a good quiet building to live in
Cons:
The modern renovation is already showing its age & building materials are cheap and shoddy. Pest control was also on request but not regular. Apartment layouts are strange

Andrew Landesman = Good Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
New reno, good appliances, fair pricing, good communication with management.
Cons:
Wish it was bigger? IDK it's NYC. I don't have any valid cons, honestly.
