A cute building on a great block next to Bedford

Pros:
This building is homey and stable.
Cons:
The noise can travel between floors.

Decent access to subway lines (A/C/S/G)
Cons:
Washer/dryer pump frequently breaks down. Management/super are unresponsive. Super only begrudgingly fixes issues after repeated contact.

There's a man subletting unilts on teh top floor, hiding the fact that he's living there too. It's essentially a 4 bed one bath. I dealt with roaches daily, and a mouse. The rooms are tiny and unbearably hot in the summer and there's no way to adjust the heat in the winter.

Pros:
They took down some divider walls for us to open the space up a bit
Cons:
Landlords were suss. Said we didn't pay for our heat when we did and threatened to sue. Apartment was freezing, hallways messy and tons of issues getting the internet set up.
Advice to owner:
Don't be so rude

Pros:
Good location, lots of stuff around it, big apt, not too many neighbors, solid apt but the way its set up some rooms are really small compared to others.
Cons:
Landlords were fine but definitely tried to scam us while we were leaving..
