Just alright, Nice Sized Rooms
Pros
Amazing sound proofing between units, water is included, can control your own heating per room.
Cons
Heating is expensive, owner is a bit goofy and tries to fix things but tends to go for a “wing it all the way” approach. Seen the owner clash with former tenants over and over until they left. Cash only. Owner will raise rent if he thinks he can.
Advice to the owners
Allow tenants to pay digitally, it’s makes transactions safer, and it would make having to run around to get the rent a nonissue
