Pros:
98% amazing neighbors, nice management, super in building, just added keyless entry
Cons:
building itself is on the older side, can be a bit slow to fix things but nothing horrible

Modern building, good area
Cons:
thin walls, can hear neighbors, unusually high energy bills. Power frequently cut out. Horrible landlord that ignored all correspondence not related to paying rent, and we had to threaten legal action to finally make him return our security deposit.
Advice to owner:
Need better responsiveness to tenants.

Pros:
Our apartment is beautiful, and we love the street. It’s very quiet. Neighbors are conscientious. The super has fixed problems for us when we reached out to him.
Cons:
We did not have a working intercom for over a year.
