Nice Building but Too Expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
The unit is nice and it has 2 bathrooms.
Cons:
Every year the management company increases the rent by an astronomical amount. One year they raised the rent by $600/month.
Mail often goes missing and the neighbors make the hallway a mess.
Advice to owner:
Don't raise the rent by a crazy amount of money, it's absurd.
