It’s what you get for Chinatown

Pros

Location is greatand the apartment I am in faces west (natural sun in the afternoon).

Cons

Small apartment with piping showing but that’s usually how some Chinatown apartments are. A lot of bugs (gnats, sliverfish, spiders, and flies), cracks around the walls, no closet, small bathroom with window however, it faces near a smelly sewer area, garbage needs lids and smelly hallway area. Very little heat during the winter months and the landlord will gaslight you if you bring any problems to her. I do not recommend this building.

Advice to the owners

Please seal the cracks for the next tenant, there’s a lot of bugs coming through the cracks and do something about the garbage area. Also fix your attitude. Your building is old, we get it but if you’re going to do repairs, be reasonable with the a schedule
