Pros:
Most of the issues that the building had were due to the construction happening next door. Maintenance people are nice and quick to take care of issues.
Cons:
There were some issues with water pressure due to construction next door.

Very quite and calm!!
We have got the best realtor to deal with. "Tomer Versano" has really helped us in getting the apartment and he still assist us if we have any problem. He is a gem, very nice & humble person. Would highly recommend him.
People are nice and the management is very cooperative and responsive. Jacob, is very responsive whenever we have any questions/ issues.
Nice place to live!!
Cons:
There should be some cameras for safety.
Need to pay a bit attention towards the overall cleanliness.

Very specious apartments
Cons:
Dirty ,rodents and roaches ..whatever is fixed by the super team needs to be redone afterwords ,very sloppy . noise Hazzard due to a major roads crossing
Advice to owner:
Would be great to collect surveys from the tenants,rent is increasing but maintenance is falling behind
