Former tenant·28 seconds ago

They won’t bother you, but they won’t help much either

Pros

My apartment is great, it’s large and the building is clean. All of the other tenants have been quiet and nice. They’ve been very accommodating when rent was late or skipped.

Cons

It can take them a really really long time to fix things and you need to nag a bit. The maintenance people are also not very proactive with clearing the steps in the winter and that can be hazardous. Trash management is also inconsistent.

Irresponsible landlord

Pros

The apartment was newly renovated when I moved in, with brand-new appliances.

Cons

Leaking heaters. Really loud heaters that clanked for hours at night.
