Former tenant·10 months ago

FIX THE LAUNDRY ROIM. GIVE US BACK OUR LARGE WASHERS. CLEAN OUT THE WASHERS.

Pros

There is absolutely nothing I like about this building. I am trapped because rent is so high these days. I hate this place. Every single time they claimed to fix leak problem in the bathroom the problem but it a regular occurrence. All the large washers doesn't work. The laundry room has been leaking for years and they are yet to fix the problems .Only a veryfew small washers and dryers are available for the whole building.

Cons

I hate this place. I hate everything about this dump.

Advice to the owners

FIX THE PROBLEMS IN THIS BUILDING. WE NEED NEW WASHERS AND DRYERS. WE NEED LARGE WASHING MACHINES. WE NEED CLEAN WASHING MACHINES AND DRYERS. THIS PLACE IS A MESS AND A DUMP. YOU SHOULD BE FINES EVERYDAY FOR NOT HAVING A PROPER WORKING LAUNDRY ROOM FOR TWO YEARS OF MORE. YOU ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING OUR MONEY. SHAME ON YOU.
