Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews of Frank Pecora's buildings reveal inconsistency in management quality across properties. Some buildings are praised for cleanliness, good maintenance, quietness, and responsive management, offering comfortable living in convenient locations. However, other buildings suffer from poor upkeep, persistent pest problems, insufficient heating, and slow or negligent owner responsiveness. Complaints include unsealed windows, mouse infestations, and disruptive noise levels. Several tenants report management indifference once leases are signed, with some describing the owner as disengaged or even exploiting residents. Prospective renters should expect variability and carefully consider individual building conditions before committing.
