GOOD AREA - BAD MANAGEMENT

The rooms are spacious, the neighborhood is lovely, the landlord is (somewhat) responsive

Cons

AWFUL mosquito and mouse problem. Roaches like any other Manhattan apartment, but completely unresponsive super. There's black mold in the hallways, water damage on the ceilings, and no way to get in touch with our super.
