Great place, small space, lots of amenities

Pros:
There is a washer & dryer in unit which is awesome. There’s also a dishwasher & high ceilings. Lots of sunlight & big windows.
Cons:
The faucets have water & gunk build up sometimes. There’s a reddish stain from the water sometimes as well. The doors are creaky even after maintenance. And closet space is pretty small.
