Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of buildings managed by Marianne Dziuba frequently commend the responsive, helpful, and friendly building staff and management, noting their quick attention to maintenance and repairs, even during off-hours. Buildings are generally clean, well-maintained, and quiet with respectful neighbors. Rent-stabilized units benefit from prompt issue resolution, though some older buildings show wear and occasional pest problems, particularly mice, which management is advised to address more proactively. Noise from construction and nearby traffic can be a downside in certain locations. Overall, management fosters a community atmosphere and delivers solid tenant support, although improvements in pest control and some maintenance responsiveness could enhance the overall living experience.

Best building ever!

Pros

I lived in this building for 20 years and I miss it and it’s amazing staff. The building management is exceptionally responsive and the building Manager/Super lives in the building. To give an example, I had a serious leak under my sink in the kitchen one year and even though my apt was rent-stabilized, they spared no expense in basically ripping out my whole kitchen, fixing the issue, and replacing with even nicer fixtures. Another time they even fully replaced my toilet and the pipes underneath for a different leak issue on a weekend rather than making everybody wait until Monday.

Cons

The laundry room can get a bit crowded. I would’ve liked to see more machines.

Great Place to live!

Pros

The staff is great, there are a lot of maintenance workers so things do not get left to pile up, etc...

Cons

sometimes construction in the building is loud

Advice to the owners
