Building is decent , they seem to clean the lobby every week, maintenance is very prompt
in need of many repairs , many outdated appliances for the price, if your not on ground level grocery shopping and laundry can be a hassle with it being a walk up. Stray cats housing in the garbage area can be weird at night.
