My cozy home
Former Tenant
Pros:
The gym, theater and rooftop are all great amenities. I also like that the laundry is all managed by a mobile app and there are plenty of machines to access between the 2 buildings (living in 374 Kosciuszko also grants you access to the neighboring 186 Marcus Garvey building. The super is also very nice and responsive and have never had any pest issues in my apartment in the 3 years I have lived here. I am happy in the neighborhood and don’t plan to move anytime soon.
Cons:
While there are 3 bins outside for garbage and recycling, they tend to overfill quickly resulting in an abundance of trash in the street outside of the apartment building. Not ideal but have learned to ignore it. Not sure if there is anything that can be done based on the garbage pick up schedule.
Advice to owner:
More regularly rebag and move garbage closer to the curb when the bins start to overflow.
