KIM (KEEP IT MOVING) BAD building

Pros

- It's historic to Black history as Duke Ellington lived here (hence the building's name). - My apartment is a real apartment, very spaciaous. - Diverse building with people of all nationalities & ethnicities.

Cons

- Rat infestation. - Roach infestation. - Dirty hallways. - Broken elevator (currently out for the next 3 months). - Dirty laundry room area filled with rats. - Lazy super. He drives UBER more than he cleans the building. - A LOT OF DRUG ADDICTS IN THE BUILDING. A woman is squatting below me smoking CRACK & management has done nothing about it. - A LOT OF RACIST white people live here as well. - Buzzer is/was constantly broken. - Building's door is constantly broken. - Packages get stolen. - I had a drug addicted neighbor attack me. - Other tenants pretend that they don't live in the same building & face the same problems. Ignoring the issues in the building.
