Centrally located around all groceries and transit options
Cons
Roach problem, maintenance does not help, maintenance will not reply to ongoing package theft issues

Decent but has issues
Pros
Our unit was renovated and common spaces were renovated and appliances were good. The super can be slow but helpful
Cons
Had many problems with responsiveness from the management and no access to landlord. Didn’t even hear back from them when moving out. Had to do rent withholding get them to fix dishwasher. A lot of noise from the street and upstairs neighbors.
