Sad to go
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’ve loved living here. Best apartment management I’ve had in the 7 years I’ve lived in the city!
Cons:
Coin based washer dryer in basement

Great deal despite some issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet street, very responsive management, beautiful apartment, very fair rent price.
Cons:
2-3 roaches over the time I lived there, though the landlord was always very responsive and had regular exterminator visits. Packages were always stolen.

Great Brownstone in Bed-Stuy
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management company is unmatched. They are incredibly kind, responsive, and on top of things. The rent prices are also really modestly raised each year. Any time I have an issue that needs fixed they are really quick to come and fix things or help with installation or removal of things. It’s a quiet building and there is a suitable washer and dryer in the basement that takes quarters. The neighborhood is wonderful and there are so many great places nearby to eat and get drinks. I’ve loved living in this neighborhood.
Cons:
The insulation isn’t great so the building gets very cold in the winter and the heating units aren’t the best for cold weather. However, they do work really well in the summer. Just expect a higher electricity bill in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing! Was such a pleasure to live in a place where the property owner really takes care of residents.

Cons:
the hallways could use cleaning by the super once in a while.

Great management and neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors were great, it was usually quiet by 10-11pm even on weekends
Cons:
Walls are thin so you can hear most things, and doesn’t have great insulation but I guess that comes with living in most brownstones

They are quick to make repairs, responsive management, clean building, and friendly.

Love it so much
Former Tenant
Pros:
Literally everything in the apartment is amazing. In unit washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Huge windows and a lot of natural light.
Cons:
No elevator but it’s only 4 floors so it doesn’t need one. There is not anything I can think of that’s bad about this building
