Overall an All Right Experience

Pros

Spacious, right next to the park, always sufficient heat and water; bugs free; cheap

Cons

Noise level due to proximity to the Morningside park - noise day and night, open-air music events in summer; sirens extraordinarily clear; lots of people smoke so you see cigaret butts all over the steps to the entry; no AC; superintendent not very responsive or accessible; access to laundry room locks after 10 or 11pm; streets can feel unsafe due to the very fact that it is right next to the morning side park
