Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by Noah Osnos reveal a mixed management experience. Tenants appreciate attentive supers, virtual doorman systems, and favorable locations with quiet neighbors in some buildings. However, recurring issues include outdated units, pest infestations, and inconsistent responsiveness from management. Several renters mention maintenance delays and inadequate communication, especially regarding major repairs. Concerns about cleanliness, garbage management, and safety vary across properties, with some noting drug activity or security issues. Rent increases without corresponding upgrades also frustrate residents. Overall, while some buildings offer convenience and well-maintained features, management responsiveness and building upkeep require significant improvement for a better tenant experience.

Lovely Place to Live

Pros

Amazing and attentive super, clean, virtual doorman, great location. We have been living here a long time and have loved it. No issues with rodents or bugs. Safe and no issues with packages.

Cons

If you need major fixes the management company can take a while and isn't the best at communicating.
