Neighbors, neighborhood, location and access are really good

Dirty, pests, rodents, management not great

Hire more staff, clean and update the common areas.

Extremely poorly managed building. Shady landlord
Pros
Good layout. Spacious. Good outdoor space (balcony)
Cons
Flimsy construction. Incredibly shoddy windows that have broken 5-6 times over the years (currently broken and nobody is responding to fixing them for over a year). Insufficient heat. No insulation because the windows. They also tried to raise my rent $900 a month on a two year lease once, which is now an illegal practice.
Advice to the owners
Be responsive. Be responsible.
