Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Reviews for buildings managed by David Magier indicate a mix of tenant experiences. Generally, the properties are appreciated for their locations and some maintenance features, including cleanliness and amenities. However, many residents report significant issues with pests, responsiveness of management, and alarming heat inconsistencies. Complaints about package theft and inadequate garbage management were also prevalent. A common thread among tenants is the desire for better pest control and a more engaged management team. Overall, while many appreciate the living spaces, potential renters should be aware of ongoing maintenance and management challenges before committing.
