i like the location and i like the mail room and the apts are pretty big
rainy season means many cockroaches, the russian grandmas are extremely nosey
- great new intercom (but the old one broke often) - clean lobby - organized staff
- not the most friendly neighbors - elevators stop working often - not the most modern apartments
