Loved living here - relatively good maintenance at a great location
Pros
The management was great when I lived here! It's across from Central Park, so it had great views. Lobby, hallway, and basement are maintained relatively well. The super was also very responsive and helpful.
Cons
The biggest problem I faced there were was the lack of ample laundry machines in the building. I ended up having to use machines from the adjoining building (which was a solution suggested by management) which was a bit annoying considering we paid for in building laundry. There were some issues of mold in the bathroom (due to a lack of a fan) and a short-lived roach problem. Both issues were fixed relatively quickly.
