If the price stays at 1800 or below, it is a decent deal

Pros

Quiet, price at my time of stay (2022-2024) was 1750 with an increase to 1765 after a one-year renewal.

Cons

the hot water took forever to warm up, boiling hot water would also spurt out of the sink at times, and with the angle of the building you get little direct sunshine. There was also an out of control mice infestation that the owners were slow to handle during my stay. While it eventually abated, at its peak, five mice climbed out of my bottom cabinet like characters in a nursery rhyme and scurried around the floor, and the apartment was unlivable.

Advice to the owners

Quell any pest issues immediately, and replace the hot water heater/boiler.
