Great Location but need to improve
Pros
The location is great
Cons
The staircase is never clean (I take the stairs every day). Garbage management is terrible; you need to leave your garbage outside your door. No Garbage cans. In the winter, the heat is on for a very short time, and the apartment is freezing most of the time. Very difficult to recycle.
Advice to the owners
Invest in garbage cans outside of the apartments. Better heat management. Wash the staircase more often.

UWS Spacious Apartments
Pros
Large apartments in good condition, quite building, good neighborhood, responsive landlord and staff
Cons
Lobby is bare and is too hot in the summer (no AC in the lobby), no doorman, no mailroom
Advice to the owners
Put some furniture in the lobby area and maybe get a doorman.
