Great location horrible management

Pros

Great neighbors and wonderful location. Really beautiful views and AC.

Cons

Management did not upkeep the building. The repairs made were shotty and barely fixed the problem (painted over leaks, never fixed falling bannisters). The building was never sprayed for pest control. Management was impossible to get in contact with and the super would outright ignore messages. Appliances were not installed correctly and were never fixed. Management would often send people to the apartment with no notice.

Advice to the owners

Put a bit more effort into maintaining the building.
