Responsive management at this building

Pros:
Responsive management, never seen a single pest, apartment finishes are of a good/modern standard, washer dryers being installed in units
Cons:
Unfortunately the walls connecting apartments are paper thin and I could literally hear my neighbors conversation when they are standing at specific points in their apartment
Advice to owner:
Really should have invested more in sound insulation when renovating the building

Charming, location, renovated apt
Cons:
Limited washer/dryers (1 out of 3 has been broken for 6+ months), management is very unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Better communication with super.

Management, apartment, and the security is amazing. Washer and dryer downstairs
