Pros

Absolutely nothing positive about this building

Cons

Building is infested with roaches, management doesn’t respond to any of your inquiries and you have to threaten to take further action before basic repairs are completed, in the summers there’s no water pressure because the hydrants in the area deplete the reserve, in the winter the boiler is always broken and they give you just enough heat starting at 6am.
