Super is quick to fix, apartment is always clean, mail rarely stolen
Cons
Sometimes the building can get overly hot in the winter

Amazing gem, you're not out of the city
Pros
Clean, high level of finish, high owner responsiveness, all amenities nice, basically soundproof vs. other apts (but very loud to street)
Cons
Street touristy and loud, garbage on street, a little public if you're into that
Advice to the owners
Window soundproofing would make this a 10/10 building probably. That and lobby to cancel san Genaro
