It is an okay place
Former Tenant

Place looks cute. Rat/garbage problem.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is a kind person stretched thin by poor management which does not pay him enough.
New laundry machines. Close to parkside Q. Central heat/AC. Spacious.
Cons:
-No way to contact mgmt except through portal (“what do I do if it floods?” “Idk send a msg thru the portal”)
-Building itself has permanent garbage/rat issue because there is no space to put garbage except out front.
-First/ground floor apartments are super dark. -Front window facing rooms stay cold no matter how high you turn the heat & bake the other rooms in the process
-Lady on top floor told me they took months to fix a serious water leak
Advice to owner:
Cut your losses and sell

Poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close proximity to the park
Cons:
They never fix things in a timely manner, if at all. We have had a broken door and lights for almost our entire time living here.
Advice to owner:
Get better management and supers.
